Never be stuck with the wrong size wheel again. Mach-B can increase IDs and reduce ODs according to your specifications. We can accommodate wheels from 4" to 42" in diameter and up 12" thick. There are some limitations when combining diameter and thickness, so it's best to call us on a case-by-case basis.

Reduce Thicknesses

Slot Wheels for better coolant flow

Adequate coolant flow is essential for long wheel life. You can increase coolant flow simply by having slots cut into your wheels. This low-cost procedure will more than pay for itself since your wheels will last longer.

Balance Grinding Wheels

An out-of-balance grinding wheel will produce an inferior (if not downright unusable) result. Our technicians will balance your grinding wheels to assure they operate safely and accurately.

Speed Testing

Be assured that your wheel will perform at the speed you require. Mach-B Speed Testing is ANSI compliant. Send us your wheel along with your speed testing specs and we will certify that it will operate safely. If it doesn't meet specifications we will work with you to correct any problems.
