Goodson
Shop Supplies of Winona, Minnesota (USA) has acquired the assets of
Mach's Grinding Wheel Shaping of Clinton Township, Michigan. The company
will do business as Mach-B Grinding Wheel Shaping & Resizing, a
division of Goodson Shop Supplies. All assets of the company have been
moved to Winona, Minnesota with operations at that location starting
on June 1, 2004.
According
to Scott Biesanz, Goodson owner, "Mach-B will continue to specialize
in the wide range of services established by the previous owners with
the additional capacity of a larger organization." Biesanz added
that the production department of the company has 40 years of combined
experience shaping and sizing grinding wheels. "In fact,"
he said, "our production foreman was trained by Mach's founder,
Bill Mach, Sr., about 20 years ago."
